Glen and I are now bloggers...!!!...thanks to Sarah...yes, the genius is at work.
We are going to blog under the title of The Rocking G, which could mean two things:
We are really rockin', or we are literally rocking in our rocking chairs. At
our age, that is the exact order it happens in, so it seemed appropriate.
Plus, we had already decided if we ever had a ranch of our own, we would call it
The Rockin' G...this may be as close as we ever get.
The motivation for this big step in our lives, is that we are going on a mission!
If all goes according to the plan (98% sure), we will be going to the MTC March 1st, and then
to Nauvoo by April, where Glen will drive a team and wagon for 6 months, and Carolyn
will do whatever she is assigned, plus play the piano for the evening production of
Rendezvous. (The 2% could come into play, if the missionary committee truly feels like
we should be in another mission)
So, Sarah is going to teach me how to do this, so that I can keep everyone
that is interested up to date on our mission experiences.
Remember: "There is no substitute for being good"
